Jeff Morrison is an agent with ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and also the boss of murdered victim, Agent Monica Jennsen with Morrison first appearing in the Season 2 episode, Lapa'au.
Morrison later returned in the Season 5 episode, Powehiwehi.
