Carlos Bagoyo is a terrorist who appeared in Nalowale (episode) and who is a member of the National Liberation Front or NLF.
He is also responsible for the death of Ambassador Michael Reeves's daughter, Amanda Reeves and for also kidnapping and holding Amanda's sister and Michael's daughter, Robin Reeves hostage.
The Hawaii Five-0 Task Force later invaded the meeting, saving Robin and Michael Reeves while Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarret managed to subdue Bagoyo before taking Bagoyo into custody.
