Jimmy Brigante is a Yakuza hitman hired by Michelle Shioma to question Vanessa Diaz Waincroft regarding the whereabouts of her husband, Gabriel Waincroft. However, he fails and murders Vanessa after she escaped him and drew a gun on him. He then kidnaps Gabriel and Vanessa's daughter, Sara Waincroft in an attempt to leverage Gabriel out of hiding. But he is killed by Steve McGarrett when a GPS chip in Sara's bracelet leads Five-0 to Brigante's hiding spot in Waimanalo.
