Synopsis[]
McGarrett must figure out how to get the goods on a mobster who is trying to clinch a mainland deal while murdering his enemies (including a past girlfriend) and putting them in an incinerator, which wipes out all traces of their existence -- or does it?

- The shot of the bodies/garbage being dumped is repeated twice.
- In a character switch, Al Harrington becomes one of the Five-O team in later seasons.
- Plot holes has McGarrett going up alone to arrest Furtado-without any backup! Then in the climatic fight sceen an extra playing the part of a Furtado accomplice tries to knock McGarrett into the incenerator...but falls in himself! {A dummy is seen falling into the incideratior and being burned} Likewise the card that McGarrett receives is delivered to his office in no time....it would have been delayed at least a few days in real time!
